Shipping & Delivery
Typically, orders placed by 12:00 Noon will be shipped the same business day. Please allow 4-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive within the continental U.S. During periods of heavy order volume such as November through December, please note that processing and shipping times may be extended and orders are filled in the order they are received.
Privacy & Security
41 Olive may share your personal information in limited ways:
  • We may share personal information when we have your consent to do so, when required by law, when required to protect our rights or property, and as necessary to complete a transaction you have requested.
  • We also share information with companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processors, mailing houses or website hosts) and that help us market our products and services. These companies may use information about you to perform their functions on our behalf.
  • If you provide any reviews or comments on our site, any personal information that you post may be shared with other site visitors.
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets or any other situation involving the transfer of some or all of our business assets, 41 Olive may disclose personal information to those involved in the negotiation or transfer.
We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
Returns & Replacements
41 Olive strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience each and every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange. 
Simply fill out the information on your packing slip and ship your return or exchange to our warehouse. Please pack the items carefully so that they do not break or become damaged. If you would prefer to avoid the shipping cost of the return, the items may also be taken to your local 41 Olive retail location. The store will send the order back to our warehouse on your behalf. The refund/ credit will then be processed when the order has been received and processed back in our warehouse.41 Olive is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. All returns are at the discretion of management. (due to food safety and quality control) 
Ordering
You may place an order at 41Olive.com. You also may purchase any item at a store in your area. Customer Service Reps are available Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The information is encrypted and secure, you may also give this information via telephone. We try to make sure every item has the correct pricing. In some circumstances we may have the incorrect price posted, if the correct price is lower you will be charged the lower price, if the correct price is higher we will contact you before charging the card.

At any time, you may review or update your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by calling us toll free at 949-892-6665. To protect the security and integrity of your information, we will also verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
