Researchers also created statistical models to simulate 3/4 teaspoons of butter, margarine, and mayonnaise if these were replaced with olive oil.

This switch decreased the risk of any type death.

Can extra-virgin olive oil rich in polyphenols be protected?

The new study did not include nutritionists.

Olive oil has many health benefits. Its flavor is not the only thing that makes it so good for you.

Nestle said that olive oil is high in calories and can quickly add up. One tablespoon of olive oil has 120 calories.
