Studies show that olive oil has a high level of healthy fats, which could lead to a longer life expectancy.

Recent research has shown that people who consume more than half a cup of olive oil per day are less likely die from heart disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.

Olive oil is a great way to prevent death.

Olive oils are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and polyphenols.

This could possibly be explained by mechanisms that relate to the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties of olive oils.

This study was built on data from more than 90,000. It involved analysis of data from more 90,000. This study started in 1990. The participants had no history of heart disease or cancer.

For 28 years, these people were tracked. They were asked every four years how often they ate certain foods.

People who consume more than half a teaspoon of olive oil per day have a 19% lower chance of developing heart disease, 17% less risk of getting cancer and 29% lower chances to die from neurodegenerative disorders.
