Order Processing & Shipping
- All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
No Returns Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [X] days of receipt with photo evidence, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items received. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

No International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
