Olive Oil can help reduce your chances of getting cancer. This is because of its antioxidant and phytochemical properties.
Studies suggest that Olive Oil may be used to replace saturated fats, in order lower the chance of developing stomach cancer.
Cholesterol cannot be
Olive Oil does not contain cholesterol. LDL cholesterol deposits could lead to heart disease.

There has been a lot of research that shows a link between olive oil consumption, blood pressure and diastolic (or systolic) blood pressures.

Studies indicate that Olive Oil has the potential to improve insulin levels as well as blood sugar control.

Olive Oil has polyphenols and Oleic Acid. These two substances are well-known to lower LDL Oxidation.
