The taste and benefits of extra virgin olive oils (polyphenols), are not present in this olive oil. We recommend that you purchase premium extra virgin olive oil.

You Prefer Moderate Tasting Olive Oil

Research has shown that many people don't know what fresh olive oil tastes like. They are more familiar with and enjoy the flavor of rancid olive oils. Olive oil should not taste "buttery", as many people believe that olive oil has a buttery flavor and oily feel.

This is unfortunately false. Olive Oil should be resentful. Fresh olive oil should taste "green", fresh, and a little neater. It should not taste bland or taste like old nuts.
