These findings were titled "Extra-virgin Olive Oils Improve cognition and Neurological Pathology in 3xTg Mice." Domenico Pratico (a professor of Pharmacology and Translational Medicine at The Center for Translational Medicine) published these findings.
This study also looked at the effect of extra virgin oil consumption on Alzheimer’s risk.
